Last updated: October 21, 2026. By using All Tools Max, you accept these terms. They're written in plain words on purpose — if anything here is unclear, ask us rather than guessing.

The service

All Tools Max is a website of free career tools and guides. The tools include a cover letter generator, an overtime pay calculator, a resume skills generator, an ATS resume checker, a fresher resume builder, a LinkedIn headline optimizer, a resignation letter generator, and thesis and essay tools. Guides and articles on the blog support those tools with general information.

Everything is free. There's no paywall, no trial period, and no premium version waiting behind a payment screen. There's also no account: you don't register, sign in, or give us your details to use anything on the site. You open a tool, use it, and download what you create.

Estimates, not advice

Some tools here produce numbers, and those numbers are estimates. The overtime calculator, for example, works from the figures you enter and general pay rules. Real overtime and tax amounts can differ because of your state or country, your employer's policies, your contract, and your personal situation. Two people with the same hourly rate can correctly end up with different pay.

So treat every result as a useful starting point, not a final answer. Before you make an important decision — challenging a payslip, signing something, planning your finances around a figure — verify it with a payroll professional, a lawyer, or a tax advisor who knows your situation.

The same applies to the career content. Resume and job-search guidance on this site is general information based on common practice. It isn't a guarantee of interviews, offers, or employment, and no tool can promise that. Employers make their own decisions for their own reasons, many of which no document can control.

Your content

What you type into the tools stays yours. It also stays on your device: the tools run in your browser, and nothing you enter is sent to us or stored by us. Some tools save a draft in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose your work — that copy is on your device only, and clearing your browser data deletes it.

Because we never receive your content, we can't claim any right over it, and we don't. The letters, resumes, and documents you create are yours to use, share, and send as you see fit.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its purpose, and don't misuse it. In particular: don't try to break, overload, or interfere with the site; don't scrape it in a way that slows it down or degrades it for other visitors; and don't use it to do anything unlawful.

There's one more point that matters a lot to us. Don't present a generated document as something it isn't. The tools will format whatever honest information you give them — they can't check whether a qualification, a job title, or a date is true. Claiming credentials or experience you don't have, in a letter or resume built here or anywhere else, is dishonest, and it can cost you a job or worse when it comes out, as it usually does. Keeping your documents truthful is your responsibility, and it's also simply in your interest.

Intellectual property

The site itself — its design, its text, its guides, and the logic inside the tools — belongs to All Tools Max, and you may not copy or reuse those parts as your own work. That's the opposite side of the coin from the section above: our material is ours, and the documents you create with the tools are yours, free for you to use however you need.

Availability and changes

We try to keep every tool working, but we offer the site "as is", without warranties of any kind. Tools may change, be updated, or be removed over time, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. A tool that's here today might look different next month, hopefully because we improved it. If a calculation method changes, the updated tool will reflect the newer method, and results from an older visit may not match exactly.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make using estimates, templates, or guidance from this site, or for outcomes that follow from them — including job applications, pay discussions, or resignations. The tools help you prepare; the decisions, and the checks behind them, remain yours. Nothing in these terms removes any liability that the law doesn't allow to be removed.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. As with the privacy policy, we can't notify visitors individually, because we hold no accounts or contact list — this page is always the current version.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or about anything on the site, go to contact@alltoolsmax.com. We're a small team, so replies usually take a few days — but questions about what you're agreeing to are always worth asking, and we'll answer as clearly as this page is written.
